BELLY DANCE

Today I'd like to present you one of a arabic dances that I'm really interested in. I've always been addicted to Bollywood movies, songs and beautiful costumes. Three months ago I decided to take a risk (yes because I totally don't have a sense of rhythm) and take part in Belly dance classes. And I loved it! Of course, it was more difficult than seeing perfoming girls in the moves or on youtube. The most difficult for me for now it is doing movements with your hands and connect it with other parts of body :) With every lesson I am better and better so I don't give up and try until I'll be succeed.

The history of the dance is also very interesing. The term "belly dance" is a translation of the French term "danse du ventre", which was applied to the dance in the Victorian era, and probably originally referred to the Arabic tribe Ouled Nail dancers of Algeria, whose dance used more abdominal movements than the dances described today as "belly dance". It is something of a misnomer, as every part of the body is involved in the dance; the most featured body part is usually the hips.

I reckon I fall in love with this dance and I already encouraged some of my friends to try this and surely they don't regret because it's a lof of fun for body and your well-being. What is the best, is the fact that you don't have to be super skinny to dance! The more bigger belly, the effects are more visible!

Music Playlists to Studying

Music can help you create a balanced-noise environment anywhere. But, there will be times when you just need silence. The important thing to listen to your  and decide what’s best. Personally, I cannot focus when I am sitting in silence, I must hear or listen something. That makes me more creative and helps to imagine meaning of some words when I study language. I want to recommend you some genres of music which helps me to concentrate J

I reckon bad study music includes rap, pop, country and other genres that have clear vocals, because listening to human speech automatically interferes with the language processing part of your brain, which is important for most kinds of studying. Good study music uses synthetic, instrumental or natural sounds to help maintain your energy. However, there is no single genre of music that fits for everyone, each person has a different taste in music.

Ambient House
Instrumental Film Scores
Instrumental Hip-hop
Video Game Soundtracks
Ambient Trance
Chillout
Classical Music
Explosions in the Sky (genre: instrumental post-rock)
Vitamin String Quartet (genre: instrumentals of popular pop & rock music)
Hans Zimmer (genre: instrumental film scores)

I highly recommend you to check this songs, some of them are really interesting and I guess that everyone will find something which inspire you to study J

The best upcoming movies in 2016

This year will be full of blockbusters. Films with a giant budget earning a daunting amount of money.

  • "The Big Short" which is more dangerous than wolves of Wall Street
On the screen we will see Christian Bale, Ryan Gosling, Brad Pitt and Steave Carell. They will play the form of bankers who predicted the crisis of 2008 and cunning will order them to reap the benefits.

  • "Ave, Cesar" an expensive comedy
Making a comedy that is not embellished with a cheap joke and not very sophisticated story, it seems to be quite a challenge. This time Cohen brothers took a risk, they invited George Clonney to cooperate, Scarlet Johansson, Tilda Swinton and Ralph Finnes. "Ave, Cesar" will talk about the kidnapping of one of the biggest stars of cinema that a film producer is trying to keep secret.

  • "Brooklyn," or melodrama in the best sense of the word
While the drama has a (not always deserved) respect, so the word melodrama often heralds a dose of kitsch. In the case of the film "Brooklyn" it is entirely unwarranted. It is full of climate 50s about a young girl who from Islands arrives in New York. Firstly, she can not find herself, and when it starts to take root she will have to return to her homeland, leaving behind the love.
