Benefits of COCONUT OIL

Recently I've bought my first jar of this product and I fell in love with it. Firstly, I used it for my hair to improve the damages and make them more soft but then I read an article where I found out that is also very healthy and it's a good replacement of this fatty oil which I use to prepare my dishes.
